Shri has been, and is home, to many artists to hold immersive sound experiences in our space including Haven Sound Healing: 2023 - 2025.

Now, starting in September 2025, Shri will offer sound classes with a new community partner and licensed social worker, Jud Lisiecka, pictured below.

Lying down, or in a chair this special sound experience includes alchemy crystal bowls and chimes.

Free parking and changing rooms are also on site so your practice is supported from the minute you arrive at Shri until when you leave.

Because we believe your environment should support your practice at Shri, the class is often curated by candlelight, or low light, to create safe, soft space for the deepest possible relaxation.

How To Register With Us

  • Every student needs to register an account with Shri, which you can do when you go to “book class”

  • Students can only purchase one class / event pass per class / event

  • If you’d like to purchase a class / event pass for someone else, you can!

BOOK CLASS

What to Know

  • > Plan to arrive 10 minutes early so you can set up your space and settle in

    > You will check yourself in on our I-pad kiosk upon arrival (pre-registration is required, per studio policies listed below and our policies page)

    > Suggested items to bring: your own yoga mat / cushion / chair, blanket, bolster or pillow / eye mask and some water

    > Again, dress comfy :-)

If you’re a nonprofit organization looking for a weekly option for your group to learn how to meditate, relax and restore in the company of sound bowls, gongs and tuning forks, this is a great option.

Join Shri for a special, private experience, separate from our monthly sound classes at Shri.
