Jane Viscolosi “has been practicing Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga since 2002, teaching since 2004, and training teachers in the Baptiste method since 2012. Jane recently completed a year long leadership program, Fit To Lead, with Baron Baptiste graduating April 2019. While teaching the physical practice designed by Baron Baptiste over 20 years ago, Jane incorporates the complimenting methodology; the what Baptiste yoga is, the why we do Baptiste yoga, the how we practice this yoga, the pillars of the practice, and so much more. As Jane says, ‘there is so much that I have learned and now so much to be shared’. When Jane is not teaching or practicing yoga, she works for LiUNA New England Region, in the field of Construction Health & Safety. Jane is an OSHA Outreach Trainer, American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid Instructor, Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist (COHC), Certified Health Coach through IIN The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Jane has lived in RI all of her life. She graduated from The University of Rhode Island with a BS degree in Business Administration/Communications.” Learn More Here.

Liz Hamilton is the oldest of three children and has spent her life blending science, music, and a deep love of people. She graduated from Northeastern University with an Associate’s Degree in Science, earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from the Forsyth School for Dental Hygienists, and later followed her musical passion to the New England Conservatory of Music, where she studied jazz vocals and received a certificate. Music has always been part of Liz’s story. She has sung the National Anthem at many sporting events and, alongside her sister, was a finalist to sing for the Boston Bruins. Outside of music and her professional life, Liz is a widower, a mother, a grandmother, and someone who believes deeply in showing up for the people she loves. She trained for six Boston Marathons and proudly ran five (an injury had other plans for the sixth).
