Laughter Yoga at SHRI

with Larry & Cole!

The last Sunday Afternoon of Each Month

funded by Shri Service Corps

A man with glasses, a beard, and long hair smiling outdoors, wearing a white shirt with blue patterns.

Laughter Yoga is a practice in which laughter is initiated through a series of prompts, not dependent on jokes or humor.

Participants laugh with willingness and experience a range of health benefits.

We include rhythmic clapping and yogic breathing to round out the practice.

FREE MONTHLY SESSIONS, THANKS TO FUNDING BY SHRI SERVICE CORPS:

Last Sunday of every month at 1:00 - 2:00 pm

A woman with shoulder-length brown hair and a sleeveless purple top kneels beside a man with glasses, a bald head, and a black T-shirt, both smiling at the camera. The man is holding a water bottle and sitting on a yoga mat in a room with others sitting on mats around them, possibly in a wellness or fitness class.

"When we laugh, we feel better. In a laughter yoga session, we'll laugh for a few minutes at a time, and practice conscious breathing, dance a bit, and chill."

- Cole Robinson
