Other FAQs
Moving A Class Registration
To move your reservation, please sign in to your Momence account and go to My Classes. Select the class you’re currently booked in, cancel that class, and then book the new class you’d like to attend. NOTE: You can do this within 24 hours of a class start time.
Once purchased, classes are non-refundable but transferable (credit) if re-booked within a 24-hour period of a class start time. Studio Policies Explained More Here
Cancel A Class
To cancel a class, please sign into your Momence account and go to My Classes. From there, select the class you’d like to cancel and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation. (See Video Below)
Purchase A Class / Event Pass For A Friend
Or Transfer A Class / Event Pass For A Friend
You can purchase a class for a friend by following these steps in Momence:
Sign into your account.
Go to Classes and select the class you’d like to book.
During checkout, enter your friend’s name and email address so the class is registered under their account.
If your friend doesn’t have a Momence account yet, they’ll receive an email prompting them to SIGN UP for one before attending the class.
*Please Note: Our booking system requires that each student has their own account with a UNIQUE email address (our system does not allow multiple students to share one email for booking classes / events at Shri).
*Please Follow: These same directions if you are transferring a class from your account to another registered student at Shri.

Log Into Your Account > My Classes > Find the Class to Cancel > hit the three vertical dots to the right > follow the prompts to “Cancel yourself” > “Yes” > the confirmation will show up on the bottom of the screen
