URBAN REVITALIZATION:

The Pine Street Project

Working with Pawtucket Central Falls Development Corporation, Shri has redeveloped this blighted, historic property to create: a new home for Shri Studio, Service Corps and Bark in addition to commercial space for other social enterprises including a cafe owned and operated by adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, affordable housing units and market-rate lofts.

TRANSFORMING PAWTUCKET:

Revitalizing Urban Landscape with Sustainable Design

Our vision for urban revitalization includes sustainable landscaping around our mill complex. We understand that Pawtucket's neglected past may have left behind some ecological and aesthetic scars, but we see this as an opportunity to restore its innate beauty in a meaningful way as we transform a once blighted neighborhood into a flourishing and sustainable hub that will evolve with each season, establishing a strong foundation for a brighter future.

Historial Preservation

Our skilled architectural team has restored many of the building's exterior features, from crown mouldings to stonework and masonry. With their meticulous attention to detail and expertise in historical preservation, our architect and contractors have brought back the original charm and elegance of the building's façade, allowing the building's grandeur to shine once again.

Transit-Oriented District

Our location is 500 feet from the new $41 million MBTA commuter rail hub.

“I wanted to make a more permanent investment in the city,” said Shri owner Alison Bologna, also a Channel 10 personality. “I wanted space with meaning … in a section of the city where I could see economic growth on the horizon.”
