Shri classes are supported by our best practices, and our classes are designed to reduce toxic stress, build resilience, and enhance physical, social and emotional wellbeing.
Implementing evidence-based practices, Shri teachers are informed of the latest research in our field, and most teachers have been with our organization for more than five years each and several have been with Shri for more than 10 years.
Through our shared, effective, and efficient methods rooted in yoga philosophy, Shri teachers hope to empower individuals of all ages to lead healthier and more balanced lives by practicing together in community.
Shri students range in age from 5 to 101 years old.

Since 2010
Across all Shri Outreach Projects, students experience the "Shri Approach," with the "S-H-R-I Curriculum," built upon more than a decade of experience in at-risk communities.
All outreach teachers are trained on the Curriculum in an 80-hour training led by our founder with senior Shri teachers embracing the four Shri Values.
Stress reduction, improved physical health and social & emotional wellness are all outcomes of Shri Outreach Programs.
